We are excited to be a part of beachside and thankful for this amazing opportunity to build our dream of opening a Functional Fitness Gym in our community! 

What makes our Gym Unique?

We love lifting heavy weights and doing cardio intensive WOD’s (Work Out of The Day). Good-bye are the days of running on the treadmill for over an hour. You’ll now find a new love for cardio by getting your max heart rate up by lifting, jumping, and moving your body in ways you didn’t know was possible. 

There is a new workout every day specifically written with you in mind. You no longer need to worry about what to do in the gym. Our Coaches are masters at programming workouts to target all muscle group and increasing metabolism.  

Once you walk in these doors, you will immediately find that this isn’t your typical global fitness space. You will be greeted by each athlete with a smile on their face ready to cheer you on during your new fitness journey. 

Our Coaches have over 14 years of coaching experience and are able to give you the individual attention you deserve. Every workout can and will be modified to your abilities. But it doesn’t stop there. As you gain strength, endurance, and confidence in the movements; our coaches will be there to push you to the next level.  

Let us help you take the fear out of working out and come join our very tight knit gym family. You may find yourself making new friends, grabbing a beer after a Friday night workout, or attending one of our summer BBQ’s, and of course getting in the best shape of your life.
